Streamsong (Black)

On a recent trip to Tampa, I made the hour journey to check out the Streamsong Resort. Approaching the resort reminded me of the sandy plains near Prairie Dunes or Ballyneal. Perfect for golf.

The first course I played was the Black Course which only opened five months ago or so. I really enjoyed it and found Gil Hanse’ design fun and interesting.

I’m a sucker for a punch bowl green and they have a great one here. Another amazing design element is a hole with two different greens (that they alternate between) and a couple really fun short par 4s.
